Get the best of both worlds and keep the guest focus on actively with commuter life.
From the water crust and 0 m above sea level as eCommerce Manger at Farris Bad spa hotel, Karianne moved just below 1,000 meters of altitude, 320 kilometers and will contribute to developing and digitizing Beitostølen Resort.
- They are the ones who say that I have a very long way to go to work, but I commute weekly and work every other week from Larvik and from Beitostølen, so if you consider just under 4.5 hours and divide it by 10, I don't spend more than about twenty minutes "daily" on travel time to work, she calculates out and smiles almost triumphantly.
Being able to have an everyday life at Beitostølen every other week she describes as a "super scenario",
- I get the best of both worlds, I think: The area, the destination and the activity opportunities at Beitostølen are very close to my heart. Interests I share with my husband, who works on a rotating basis in the ambulance service in Larvik, so he also lives here a lot. During the Larviks weeks, I live with my children, she explains.
At Beitostølen Resort, Karianne is often found behind a screen to further develop websites, social media and other digital collaboration channels and platforms. Fortunately, the content will be from the ground, the surroundings and Beitostølen as a destination, so suddenly you will maybe meet her outside at speed.
